Is there parking on site?
On-street parking is available all along Viale Vittorio Veneto and surrounding areas. Upon arrival, we will provide you with a free parking coupon for your car, to be filled in with your number plate and displayed in a visible position. As this is not a supervised car park, we advise you not to leave any valuables behind. For added security, we will also provide you with a discount at an affiliated indoor parking facility 400 metres away, called Parcheggio del Centro.
Is the building located in a restricted traffic zone?
The property is NOT located in a restricted traffic zone. The villa is located along Viale Vittorio Veneto, which was part of the old city walls, and can be easily reached by car and parked in front of the facility.
Is it possible to recharge the electric car?
There is a public car charging station 200 metres away on Viale Vittorio Veneto
How does check-in work?
Check-in is completely autonomous, two days before your arrival we will send you unique codes to access the building and you can therefore arrive from 2:00 pm onwards without time limits (even after Midnight). For an early check-in please get in touch with us to check availability.
How does check-out work?
Check-out is completely autonomous, you can leave your room at the time you wish by 10:30 am. For a late check-out please get in touch with us to check availability.
Is there luggage storage?
In the event of an early arrival or late departure, you may leave your luggage at the reception desk at the entrance, but no supervision is guaranteed. Access codes remain valid for the duration of your stay.
Is it possible to add an extra bed?
Junior Suites are equipped with a sofa bed for an additional adult at a cost of 30€/night. Double rooms are equipped with an extra chair/bed for children up to 12 years old only.
Is it possible to request a crib?
We have cribs on request for children up to 2 years old.
Are the rooms accessible by elevator?
The property is an early 20th century villa and does not have an elevator. Rooms Bosco and Giardino are located on the ground floor and accessible, room Foresta and Selva are located on the first floor, roomss Bocciolo and Roseto are located on the second floor.
Is there a breakfast service provided?
We do not offer breakfast service, rooms are provided with a coffee/tea machine and a fridge. You will find a map of the city centre with tips for nice breakfast spots nearby.
Are pets allowed?
Small pets are allowed with an extra charge of 30€/night
Is there a laundry service provided?
We do not have a laundry service, however there are several self-service laundries near our hotel.
